BJM Trading Ltd. was founded back to 2012 by Vlastimil Bálek, an experienced logistics and wood contracting professional with deep practical knowledge of transport, materials handling and commercial operations.

Over time, the company evolved from its logistics and contracting roots into a broader trading and distribution business. With the next generation joining the company, Jan Bálek helped expand BJM into FMCG import, regional distribution and cross-border commercial partnerships.
